Your balance and rewards
Contact the business that issued your card for stamps, points, or reward redemptions. Include the visit date and loyalty program name so its team can review the transaction.
Accessing your card
Open your card link in a browser to view your balance and barcode. When an Add to Wallet button is available, use it to save your card. Connect to the internet to refresh your balance.
Technical support and business accounts
When reporting a problem, include the business name, device type, and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, staff PINs, or your private card link.
Your privacy
Ask the business that issued your card to correct or delete your personal data. Read our privacy policy to understand how your information is used.
